FAQ

What is your return policy?

  1. If the abaya is returned in its perfect condition within 30 days.
  2. Returns on items with a return tag attached will only be honored if the label has not been removed.
  3. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of any perfume or deodorant traces.
  4. The item must be in the original packaging.
  5. The customer is responsible for covering return shipment costs.

Please note that if there is any damage, including stains or smells, we will not accept your return.

How do I return an item?

To initiate the return of your abaya, please send your request to info@ayyashdesign.nl with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Once your request/exchange has been approved, follow the steps outlined in the email you receive to return the items. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and we will refund your money within seven working days of receiving the returned items. Please ensure that you retain your tracking code until the return process is completed.

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the location. Orders from the Netherlands will take around 2-4 workdays. Orders from Europe do take around 4-9 workdays. Orders from outside of Europe will take up to 6 days or more.

Which delivery service does Ayyash Design use?

Orders are delivered by DHL, UPS or PostNL.

I have not received my order?

Send us an email at info@ayyashdesign.nl and we will find it out right away!

Can I still change or cancel my order after payment?

Unfortunately that is not possible. As soon as the payment is successful, the order will be processed immediately.
